Hi Team,

My self is Suresh Babu and I'm working as a Software Developer(ASP.NET/SQL SERVER/JS/Ajax/jQuery) for the last 3.5 years. I'm very happy with my job but I want to build better with this base in India or Abroad.
1.What are the best opportunities I can have?
2.How to make more money with this base?
3.One of my friend suggested me to learn MS Dynamics CRM/AXAPTA like tools and so that I can get better career and pay. Is that right? If So what are the courses I need to learn and how to proceed if not what should i have to do any other better ways?

Please guide I'm totally confused and fed up.

Dear Suresh Babu,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You are at the right facet to shape your career. At this juncture my suggestion is not to look for money but make your foundation strong with the technologies that are booming in the market. For e.g., you have experience in JS so start learning JS frameworks such as backbone, ext etc. Then look for change then automatically you will be in right direction in all ways. Don't go for CRM at this moment.

As I was in C# till today will it really fetch if I learn JS frameworks and how would they help me to get better feature.

Dear Suresh,

Good question. Now JS is being used as a frontend and middle layer. Other frameworks are coming as well where you can even integrate with backend. As all these are open source now with little bit of C# code you will use to integrate all these. For e.g., instead of using C# code you will use JS as intermediate and integrate with C# code. write now the customers are asking for JS framework along with C#. This will continue for atleast 2 years or more. Learning JS will always fetch you.
