Not able to change the JOB,Please Help?

Hi Team,

I have 4 years of experience in mix technology.I am working in small IT company in Navi Mumbai.I have worked on following technology :
- HTML & CSS
- DotNet - 2.5 years
- Database (My SQL & SQL)
- PHP
- Mobile javascript Frameworks like sencha - 1.5 years

From last 1.5 years i haven't work on DotNet.I have been working on mobile framework sencha.I am interested in DotNet technology , but my manager don't assign me dot net projects.I have also given interviews but failed to succeed,b/c i dont know MVC and my confidence is also very much low as i havn't worked on DotNet from long time.

I want to change my Job in good company on DotNet Technology Please help me out

Dear Mayank Jain,

First of all sorry for the huge delay in getting back to you. Not sure of your position at this moment. Based on your question I suggest you please continue working on the Sencha framework and in parallel start getting updated on DotNet concepts.. Once you are done with learning them start your own project. Also you can try how best you can design the mobile framework using .NET. 

Mainly don't lose confidence. Always motivate yourself and know that you are the creator of your own destiny.
