Dear sir,

This is kaushal, i have done MCA in this year from MGU and together MCA means after BCA i am also working in IT MNC company but my working roll is as a GIS Engineer means like non technical, but i want to go in Software Development Field so i have also done ----6 month industrial training of Dot Net , and now i selected in Small company for .net developer but they will not provide any salary during 3 month Training. so kindly suggest should i join or not.

Dear Kaushal,

You might not get bright feature in GIS field as you get in Software. I hope your 6 month dotnet training is fruitful which will help you to start the development work. If yes, join the company and learn as much as you can and as fast as you can. If they provide salary from 4th month then there is no issue and you can join if you can survive these 3 months financially.
