Hi Sir,

I have 4 + years experience in SQL MSBI Technology .But in this 4 years,i worked in 4 companies. currently working in my 5 th company due to various reason and personal problem i shifted my companies every year.

Please advice is it affect my career growth and others,me also afraid about same

Greetings,

Yes it will effect your career. Please make sure that you stick in the same company for few more years and make sure that you grow your strength w.r.t. technology. Having too many changes will question your stability. If you see that there is no growth in the company after all of your trails then you can change. Or else stick to the same company and try to grow to next levels within that.
