Dear Aryan,

It is very difficult to get your 7 years experience counted as your IT career. However you would have earned some domain experience which will definitely add a value. Currently BIGDATA is the future and I recommend you get trained and step into IT. Here if you work hard and exhibits your talent well then you can be paid a very good package.

Manohar

Dear Aryan,

Thanks for asking your career question. You have already got nice advice from VenkatManohar sir. In case you are not comfortable with learning new technologies. There are many other fields as well in IT software companies where you can look for the job and your existing experience may add values. Like System admin, System Analytic, Marketing etc. These are fields where your existing abilities compliment your new job responsibilities. You may opt some training and course targeted to these roles.

Keep appearing in Interviews that will give you experience on what kind of questions are asked and prepare yourself accordingly.

Thanks and good luck!

Regards
Sheo Narayan
