Hi,
My self Rahul. I have 2 years experience in .net Techonologies. Currently i am working with a MNC CMM level 5 Compay. I am working on Windows(Desktop Application). I want to cheange my paltform i am intersted to go with Cognos(DataWareHousing). I have already clear 2 paper of MCTS. Is it right decision for my carrier or not i am totally confused. Please suggest.

Hi Rahul,

Lack of information is causing confusion. Data warehousing is a full-fledged career option in itself - firstly, you need to understand thoroughly what it is all about. Do not make the mistake of just drifting into a career option simply because the demand is high and jobs are on offer. Analyze your aptitude and interest and only step into it if it appears a good long-term option for you. Please check the below wikipedia link - should give you a good high level understanding of the field.
