Didn't get any interview calls after 11 yrs of IT experience

Hi,

I have 11+ years of IT experience, I didnt get any interview calls even I posted my resume in major jobsites.
I have more than 4+ years of experience in dotnet alone(VB.Net and C#)
What could be the cause for this

Hi,

It is not possible to answer this question without actually having seen your resume. However, getting interview calls is almost always a case of your profile matching against the job description / role requirements.
Compare your CV with others who have got jobs recently and also against the in-demand JDs which will give you some clues.
Although years of experience is an important criteria, quality of experience also matters. This might be 1 more area to pay attention to.
