Hi All,
I am fresher 2009 passed out. I joined HCL tech through campus interview. Now they have put me into testing(manual). My project is a web application, C# and Asp.net is used. Initially they told me i am into development but suddenly they put me into testing. When i asked my manager told after 18 months you can shift to development. In my team i am the only tester now.

--> I am raw, I haven't decided anything so far. I just want to decide now whether to take testing as my career[if yes what should i do,what is the scope]
--->Or Should i focus on c# and asp.net etc to find myself a place in the project after a year as a developer.

Kindly give your inputs don't say its your wish. I am confused i don't know which one to takeup.
