Which courses to pursue for a MBA graduate to enter to s/w industry

Hii,

I want to know the courses which a MBA graduate in marketing n finance can choose for a

career shift in to s/w industry having no prior programming language knowledge..

It will be great if experts can suggest some IT courses for such a change..

Any help in this regards is appreciated..

MBA graduation in Marketing & finance course is sufficient for you to get into s/w industry. There are positions of Business Analysts in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) domain.

You can be involved in understanding and gathering of client's requirements in software development which is Business Analyst Role.

Or you can also be in Application Testing as functional tester Role, where you make functional test cases and do functional testing of BFSI applications.

you target these 2 positions and do a research on the questions and expertise asked for these Roles.

Accordingly, you can either take a course if there are specific requirements for job descriptions.
