no job for diploma holders

I have finished my diploma in Comp. Engg and i went banglore for job, but they say they require BE candidate or higher

Hi,

It is indeed true that 1st preference will be given to BE candidates in this competitive field, particularly in MNCs who have the brand value to attract the best talent. But it is not impossible to get a break, atleast in small companies if you are skilled enough. However, in the long term I would still suggest that you complete your BE or try your hand at AMIE for that matter else this can bother you throughout your working life.
