Sir,
I have 7 yrs of experience in .net technology. I was working in gulf countries, my designation was sr. software engineer, but I was leading team since 1 yr but due to recession, I was not promoted to Team Lead designation. And also promotion cycle is very slow in gulf countries.

Now I came back to india and searching for job, as I have 7 yrs of experience, you can apply for technical lead position or technical architect position.

I already attended 2-3 interviews in MNC and mostly my interview were taken by Technical architect(in 1st or 2nd round), there were asking very deep level question.

Please advise me how I will proceed with my career(Team Lead/Technical Lead). I have dream of becoming Technical / Solution Architect in next 5 yrs. Please advise me how can i achieve this goal ?
