I have got offers in dot net salary of 10k in a small software firmI have vb exp I have also got BPO voicejob offer at 14 k plus incentives in Big reputed company I have huge gap in career I intend to take dot net job I s my decision good for career stabilty growth and long term age35+ please guide me

In the long-term, career stability and more correctly, employability (market demand for your skills and ability to land a job) depend upon the quality and availability of your skill set. While immediate demand-supply gaps may dictate that salary is higher in some low skill areas, this does not always work in the long term.

You need to evaluate your skills and aptitude if it suits the dotnet zone and arrive at a long term decision.
