Hi,

I have a query regarding my career.I have previously worked in a company on asp.net.
Now one of my colleague is rejected offer in a MNC as it is delcared as black listed.
What should I do in this situation ,that company is still functional dono on wat basis
they have blacklisted.Please suggest me some advice to deal this situation.

Hi,

You need to find out why the company has been blacklisted - if they were indulging in malpractices which potential employers consider as risky candidates from this blacklisted company will be rejected. This is a rare exceptional case - so we can comment only after knowing the facts i.e. basis on which the company has been blacklisted.
