Hi,

I have 1 year 6 Months experience in .net(VB.Net,ASP.Net,C#.net,Ajax,Javascript,SqlServer).Presently i am working in IT Company.Shall i leave this company at this moment or i shall stay 6 months and then i need to leave,Because most of the MNC companies are asking 2 years Experience.Please tell me if any companies are recruiting With 1/2 Year Exp. in .net.

There is never a fixed rule or formula. 6 months here and there should not matter.

MNC's 2 years is just an indicative figure not very strict.

In the end you must be able to answer the questions interviewers have and demonstrate you wide experience of .Net technologies.

In fact you can start with searching for the MNC job as of now, because finding a job is not an overnight process. It can take you sometime to get the right job. You may have to prepare, talk to several companies, pass few interviews before you succeed.
