My name is pravin I am working as desktop eng from last 2.5 years & like to be a system admin.But i am confuse to be windows system admin or linux system admin.Today almost all servers at back end are linux based so does is mean that windows will be going to be end users only....?

You can start with admin course of operating system you are comfortable in. Then you would have to understand the administration concepts. Several administration concepts are same in most of the server technology.
Windows Server are still very much in use. Several Microsoft Server Products are still running on the Microsoft Servers.
In fact, the scope is very heterogenous with multiple diverse platforms, including administration of Server, Domains, Active Directory or Directory Server, Exchange, Firewalls, proxies ...
Try to take a course which helps you learning these more broader concepts rather something narrow in only one platform.

Thanks Kapil for your advice recently I got job offer for Technical Voice process (BPO).I like to ask is it a right choice to make carrier ? Is Technical BPO experience countable?
