MCA After MscIT

Sir i have done Msc IT and working in company in
should i go for MCA to get good job in market
there is no regular university which offered only one year mca
but it can be poosible by distance learning
plz tell what should i do

If you have already done MSc in IT and   already working in an IT Company in .Net, I think you do not need any other degree for a good job in the market. You have already done 4 years of graduation course in IT.

Only thing you now need to get the good job is good experience of basic and advanced .net technologies fundamentals  to be able to get through the interviews.
