hello sir,
dis is venkatesh. .presently i am working in a level 3 software company. . .just 6 months back i had joined in this company as a .NET developer... and i have to work here for 2 years .. after completion of my bond period ,i want to go for other companies like MNC's. . .can u tell me how the salaries exists? .. and also tell me how the opportunities exists for me?

Opportunities ar plenty for good guys. Try to learn fundamentals and advance concepts of .NET. Try to be hands on on all .Net concepts. Also try to grow in roles. Lear other activities of software life cycle like reviews, testing to further enhance your skills.

Salary range is very variable based on the interview and experience you have. After completion 2 years, salary can be in range of 2-5 lacs.
