Kapil's Advice on Monday, May 16, 2011 :
To build a great future is becoming expert in whatever field you have chosen to grow. To become expert is to keep in touch with latest  technology in .Net 3.5+ and .Net 4.x. There have lot of new technology which has come up, you must be master in all. MVC, App Fabric, Jquery, WF, WPF ,  WCF, EF  etc.

You must learn all the fundamentals. Certification are just degrees, which provide extra qualifying adds to resume. But in the end you must be able to qualify interviews of MNCs. This comes by becoming expert and knowing in and out of the technologies.

Working abroad is natural in this software industry. If you work in a MNC you will be getting ample chances to go abroad and work with foreign clients. This is very normal as PM sends their best man abroad to work onsite.

So your first aim should be to become expert in .Net and get a job in a multinational, rest will gradually follow.
