Hello.. I completed my BE and worked as AS400 programmer/tester in an MNC for 1.5 yrs and had to quit job. But now i would like to get into some other job no matter any other technology. Can i go for ITIL course and if at all i do what kind of job should i be looking for or is there any other job i can get with this job experience.

Sainath's Advice on Monday, May 30, 2011 :
Hi,

ITIL course in itself cannot guarantee a job. ITIL is a service delivery methodology, knowledge of the same along with core technical expertise in an area will help you.
