Kapil's Advice on Monday, January 16, 2012 :
We cannot be advise you to do something wrong based on successful cases of fake certificate because in our companies we may be fighting against the same things. Hence, we cannot take the opposing stand on this issue.
These types of actions have to be self-decided.
However, Be truthful - and mention in resume the companies you have worked whether you have proof or not. Mentions all the projects you have worked on. And then after you have been selected you can discuss with your HR about what alternatives you can use for proving the experience.
Experience Letter, Employment letters, Relieving letter, Form-16, Appreciation letters, Appraisal letters or any other letter which describes you being an employee in company are some alternatives
Other alternatives could be (but is subjective to company may or may not recognize it but suffices in Visa).
- Affidavit from colleagues or reporting manager with job responsibilities
- Self declaration notarized affidavit with job responsibilities
