I want to ask you one question. I have 3 years of exp in development. 1year in India and 2 years in Canada. But from last 2.6 years I am not working anywhere..Will this gap effect my Carrier? What I have to do to resolve my problem.? I am very confused. I think good companies don't allow me to sit in an interview..Please let me know what is the solution for this problem...?

Sainath's Advice on Sunday, February 05, 2012 :

A career gap does have an impact but this will stick to you only till the time you manage to get a break in some organization and start actively working. What I suggest that you should target a small organization initially just to get back into the workforce, put genuine effort in getting good in the real work for 1 year at the least and then go forward and try in much larger companies.
