Hi.
Currently I am working as a Sr.Developer and developing web application using ASP.NET3.5

I have 4+ years of experience as .Net developer.
I am comfortable with both C# and Vb.net.
I have sound experience in Sql server 2000/20005.
also have good experience in Crystal Reports (web/windows)
bit knowledge of java scripts, web services, wcf services,TDD,

But I never work designing web sites like (html, css, photoshop, etc..),

1.Is this important for me to have a good knowledge over these also?
2.Tell me the things that a Dot.Net developer must know?
3.What are the new things to upgrade and approach to upgrade these new techniques (depth of the Technical & Practical knowledge)?

Thanks & Regards,
Sandeep
