Deeraj's Advice on Saturday, March 29, 2014 :

Hi AnilKumar, Are you saying that you will need pay 20K to your company if you quit or you are earning 20K working for this company?

PHP is open source and .NET is not. So, it is advised that having exposure to both will be an added advantage. However, learning one programming language should be easy if you have knowledge on any other programming language.

Because PHP is an open source, most of small and medium companies choose this option. .NET also has its own place in the market. Having said that, open source will always have better coverage.

Cheers,
Dheeraj.
