Convert.ToDateTime(birthdate.Text);
am getting error is "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."

Hello Nithyakumar,

Make sure your Database Table column is DATETIME datatype, or your binding Invalid Text to "birthdate.Text" which is not valid datetime
