Hai friends,
I have totally 4 years of experience in .NET technology.Presently i am working in CMMI Level 3 company.Last Month I have attended interview in accenture.I got selected and now i am waiting for offer letter.But at the same time I have few confusions.In my resume I have put my previously worked companies.But I have put first company as fake.Because I have worked in the first company but that company was suddenly closed.I didn't get confirmation.Is this affect my carrier?

It is always good to be factual. If your first company was suddenly closed, it is none of your fault.
in the dot com burst and 2008-2009, many companies were closed down and hence sudden closure of companies in not a rare matter. Also you must be having the offer or appointment letter from the first company if not the relieving/ experience letter. So better to mention about that company and also stating that it was suddenly closed and have a peace of mind.
