I am Java developer with experience 7 years. I dont want to be developer as it keeps me completely occupied with work and fed up with handling the pressure.
Wanted to shift from developer to some management role. Please suggest me what would be best that suits my profile. I dont wanted to completely shift from java profile.

Hi Sarath Tripurana, There is a famous quote that reads, "Never make a decision when you’re angry. Never make a promise when you’re happy".

I don't want to advice now, take time think multiple times and get back if you still need an advice.

Good Luck!

Cheers,

Dheeraj.
