Earning extra income while doing the web developer job

I am working in small software company working as web developer. I want to utilize my idle time.

Please suggest me which one is best for me and help full for log term,legally.

Thanks for asking this question. In general, you are not allowed to do another job while you are working for an employer and this is not good also as you may not justify both employers.

Ideally you should utilize your idle time in learning great technologies, increasing your knowledge in-depth. Technologies are changing rapidly, you are lucky that you have idle time. Use this time to add wings to your career in learning new technologies. After learning newer technologies, try to create a prototype applications and share to others. You can also share your knowledge to others by writing articles on what you learnt. Many websites offers authors some rewards (event DotNetFunda.com has winners program). This can give you some extra income, however this income may not be as good as you want, but the knowledge and confidence you get is more valuable and will last long with you and help in your future career.
